Shipping Policy

Omertaitaly.com accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a separate email via Shopify with your tracking number. Check your spam or junk mail folder as well, we have seen cases where our emails end up in those folders due to marketing filters on certain email accounts.

Orders ship within 5-10 business days (Monday-Friday not including weekends) so in the meantime just be on the lookout for an email with details regarding shipping. For any further questions feel free to reach out to us.

ANNOUNCEMENT: During HOLIDAYS or BIG SALE EVENTS your order may take longer to process (Typically 7-14 business days) due to high order counts coming in. Business days are Monday-Friday NOT including Saturday & Sunday. Please understand that these are custom made designs, so we appreciate your patience during the time of processing. Any questions regarding shipping will be directed to this page.

Cancellations

 We reserve the right to cancel any order. We are protected by the best fraud system and cannot control the automated analysis taking at time of purchase. All orders’ shipping and billing addresses should match the card information. If the order is cancelled, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to return to your account. 

*NO CHANGES OR REFUNDS ONCE ORDER IS PLACED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! ONCE YOUR ORDER IS CANCELLED THE ORDER IS VOIDED AND COMMUNICATION ON THAT ORDER WILL SEIZE. 

If any changes are asked to be made to an order it will be cancelled.

Delivery

Processing time does NOT include shipping time. Please allow 5-10 days for processing. Once your order is shipped check the tracking information for order updates and estimated arrival date. ALL orders are shipped standard shipping (via USPS) NO expedited shipping available.

 

*Due to the holidays and the high volume of packages that are being shipped daily, a lot of packages are being delayed momentarily. As we strive to provide excellent customer service this is completely out of our hands. So please be patient with receiving your package and with the updating of your tracking number.
